time for another monthly pjsk progress update! this month there were a lot more events i wanted cards of (in which i got none i wanted :^)))) so i was playing more songs i am not familiar with to get the full combo gem reward. in one day i got a fc of parasol cider, worldwide wander, and uninteruppted indigo. not too bad for all in one day, and never having practiced any of the songs really up until i got the fc. even though they are all rather easy songs.
a few days later i then got lucky orb and fake heart both in one day, and the next day got twilight light, reborn, and thousand year solo all in one day. if i remember correctly most of these i had never even played on expert before, which makes me relieved to know i am slowly getting better at expert songs. as when there isn't an event i really want a card for, i usually just practice the same few songs every day that i am having a hard time fcing. but after while it makes it feel like i'm not getting better cause i will miss only one note of the same song a week in a row. when i force myself to play other songs that aren't as difficult as the ones i am stuck on, i do get to see that i am improving.
not nearly as exciting to me as fcing a expert level song, but still a moment for me, i aped a hard song, which i have managed to never do before. i have gotten close plenty of times, and i have even ap a expert song but somehow not a hrd one. i finally got one with on&on. and in the same day fced dear. and the next day fced venom, i'm mine, and becoming pigs. the next day (the 16th) i got a fc for magical cure love shot which i had been on and off practicing for a minute, mostly just because i love the song so much. the map is also really addictive i had so much fun with this one. then after a few days of nothing i got a fc for sekai, blue paint, hidamari no setsuna, attakaito, near, melancholic, and hug. hug i also really liked playing, the map is really fun and the song is so cute.
finally, on the very last day of november, today, i fced online game addict. that also felt pretty good as i have been on and off practicing that song a handful of times. i have loved that song since middle school so i was not only so so so happy when it got added to the game but even more excited when the map is so fun.
even with all these full combos, and all the gems i had, i still didn't get a single one of the event cards i wanted, especially the tsukasa and rui card for the star of your own story event. i did get the meiko card, which is pretty cute but meiko isn't really my fav vocaloid so this month was a lot of work for no cards that i wanted. i actually got so many repeats of the same 4 star haruka and shiho cards i am almost impressed. i at least got a lot of full combos in for the month which is good, but i really wish the gacha pulls weren't so unfair in after still pulling like 4 or 5 times, i got only one card from the actual event. curse this dumb rhythm game.
